The Feedback Site encourages staff and customers to let organisations know what doesn't work and why, and even make suggestions for improvements in existing processes and procedures. See a presentation high-lighting some ways in which feedback can be helpful. Or perhaps you already agree with us that there are many, many opportunities for the people who use your services and those who administer them to help make improvements.

The Feedback Site offers anonymity to those who wish to let the organisation know of their experiences. That in itself can encourage a flow of information that might otherwise be denied the operators of the target systems.

The Feedback Site helps your organisation to receive, monitor and respond to suggestions from users of your important systems, whether they be on line or on paper.

Management is kept informed and those responsible for the maintenance of systems are provided directly with the suggestions that users have offered.
